Fidel Pico is an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) Expert with Practical Intelligence, LLC. Fidel has over 20 years of experience in Information Assurance (IA) principles specializing in the DoD Risk Management Framework process for applications and systems. Fidel also developed and maintained supporting IA documentation and processes; while ensuring the system/application complies with IA requirements established by the National Institue of Standards and Technology (NIST).
Fidel is a retired U.S. Army Veteran. He has a bachelor’s degree in Multidisciplinary Studies. He also possesses a Security Plus Certification, and Certified in Governance, Risk and Compliance (CGRC).
